Summary

Nightingale's mid-back executive task chair with 4D arms, a seat slider and independent lumbar.

Best for

  • People who want lumbar support with its own height and depth setting.
  • Users up to 350 lb, Nightingale's CXO rating.
  • Fine arm adjustment; the 4D arms move in height, width and depth and pivot 30°.

Good to check first

  • For a headrest, choose model 6200D; the 6200 has none.
  • At 72 lb by Nightingale's figure, plan where it will be delivered.
  • Seat depth adjusts from 17" to 20" with the slider.

The trade-off

Deep adjustment and a high weight rating, in a heavy chair.

What Nightingale highlights

  • Independent lumbar

The lumbar support moves 4" vertically and 2" in depth, separately from the back.

  • Knee-tilt mechanism

A slow-release synchronous knee tilt reclines the chair and locks in any position.

  • 4D armrests

The arms adjust 4.5" in height, 3.5" in width and 4" in depth, and the pads pivot 30° in or out.

  • Seat slider

The seat slides to set its depth between 17" and 20".
