How to choose
- Check the weight rating first: SIHOO lists 330 lb for the B100, B100 Pro and M18, FlexiSpot 300 lb for the OC3, HBADA 250 lb for the J1 and Branch 225 lb for the Daily Chair.
- Check what the lumbar support actually does: the M18's adjusts vertically and horizontally and the OC3's moves 1.9" in height, while the B100 uses a floating sacral cushion and the Daily Chair lists light lumbar support.
- Check the seat height range against your legs: the OC3 runs 18.5"–22.4" and the HBADA J1 16.75"–20.67".
- Compare warranties: FlexiSpot and Branch list 5 years, SIHOO 3 years and Sweetcrispy 1 year.
- Compare the version you want, not only the starting price: the SIHOO B100's cushioned seat, mesh seat and footrest versions list at different prices.
How we ranked
- Who is included: published office task chairs in our catalog (gaming, saddle, kneeling and conference chairs are left out) whose official US list price from the brand's own store starts at $300 or less. Sale prices are ignored, and chairs listed only for the Japanese market are left out.
- Spec record (up to 20): 20 if the brand publishes the main measurements (spec grade A), 10 if it publishes some (grade B).
- Features (up to 40): 8 points each for headrest, lumbar support, armrests, recline/tilt and adjustable seat depth, when the brand's own specifications list them. A single seat-depth figure counts only if the brand gives a range or says it adjusts.
- Weight capacity (up to 20): 20 for 330 lb or more, 15 for 300 lb or more, 10 for 250 lb or more, 5 for any lower published figure, 0 if not published.
- Warranty (up to 20): 4 points per year, up to 5 years; lifetime counts as 20.
- Ties go to the lower list price, then the name. Affiliate links and commissions play no part in the order, and the score is not a comfort or hands-on test result.

SIHOO B100
Price: $199.99 – $259.99
Score 74/100 — Spec record B: 10 · features (headrest, lumbar support, armrests, recline/tilt): 32 · capacity 330 lb: 20 · warranty 3 yr: 12
The B100 is one of SIHOO's lower-priced mesh chairs, built around flip-up arms. On its US store SIHOO describes a floating sacral cushion (a support pad placed lower than a usual lumbar pad, at the base of the spine), a wide 2D adjustable headrest, flip-up 2D armrests so the chair can slide under a desk, and a backrest that locks in three recline positions up to 135°. It is sold with a mesh seat or a cushioned foam seat, and the mesh-seat version also comes as a Footrest Version with a pull-out leg rest. Official figures: the SIHOO US store lists general dimensions of 27.6" wide, 28.3" deep and 44.1"-51.6" high, a product weight of 36.4 lbs, a maximum load of 330 lbs and a 3-year warranty. SIHOO's EU store gives a seat height range of 18.3" to 21.9" in its product description and names the three recline angles as 110°, 125° and 135°. SIHOO does not publish a seat depth or seat width for the B100 on its US, UK or EU stores, so we leave those fields empty rather than estimate them. Price: the SIHOO US store lists $199.99 for the Cushioned Seat Standard Version, $219.99 for the Mesh Seat Standard Version and $259.99 for the Mesh Seat Footrest Version, in Black or White. SIHOO also sells a B100 Pro; that is a separate model and is not covered on this page. B100 against the M18: on regular price the B100 ($199.99-$259.99) lists below the M18 ($289.99-$299.99). Both list a 330 lb maximum load and a 3-year warranty and weigh about the same (36.4 lbs against 37.1 lbs). The M18 has a lumbar pad you move up/down and in/out and a headrest that travels 3.9" and pivots 45°; the B100 has flip-up arms, a sacral cushion instead of an adjustable lumbar pad, and a 135° maximum recline against the M18's 126°. What to check before ordering: SIHOO gives no seat depth figure, and the US store offers 30-day returns if the seat does not suit your thigh length; the arms are described as 2D, fewer adjustments than the 4D or 6D arms on SIHOO's Doro models; and choose between the mesh seat and the cushioned seat, which also changes the price.
Good to check first: The recline has three positions, up to 135°, rather than a free-floating tilt.
Best for: Small rooms and shared desks where flip-up arms let the chair slide under the desk, at a list price below the M18
Pros
- Lowest SIHOO list price on Chairpedia (SIHOO US store)
- Flip-up 2D armrests to tuck the chair under a desk
- 330 lb maximum load and 3-year warranty (US store)
Good to know
- SIHOO publishes no seat depth or seat width
- 2D armrests: fewer adjustments than SIHOO's Doro models
- No adjustable lumbar pad; a fixed sacral cushion instead

SIHOO B100 Pro
Price: $259.99 – $299.99
Score 74/100 — Spec record B: 10 · features (headrest, lumbar support, armrests, recline/tilt): 32 · capacity 330 lb: 20 · warranty 3 yr: 12
The B100 Pro is an upgraded B100 from SIHOO: the same listed overall size, a mesh back and seat with a waterfall front edge, larger 4D armrests that flip up so the chair can slide under a desk, a wide 3D headrest and a responsive lower-back support. It comes in Black or White, as a Standard Version or a Footrest Version. Official figures (SIHOO US store): overall dimensions 27.6" wide x 28.3" deep x 44.1"-51.6" high, maximum load 330 lbs, product weight 36.4 lb and a three-position recline up to 135°. SIHOO does not publish a seat depth or seat width for the B100 Pro. Its UK and EU B100 Pro pages contain a seat-height sentence (18.3" to 21.9") that names the B100, so we do not show it as a B100 Pro figure. Warranty: 3 years (SIHOO US store). Price: the SIHOO US store lists $259.99 for the Standard Version and $299.99 for the Footrest Version (Black or White), with no separate sale price; on 2026-10-09 the Standard Version was shown as sold out. Check the live page before ordering. What to check before ordering: SIHOO publishes no seat size for this model, and the lumbar support has no manual height or depth adjustment described by SIHOO; if you want those, the B300 Pro adds them.

SIHOO M56C
Price: $184.99
Score 69/100 — Spec record B: 10 · features (headrest, lumbar support, armrests, recline/tilt): 32 · capacity 300 lb: 15 · warranty 3 yr: 12
The M56C is the lower-priced chair in SIHOO's M56 line. It has a dual-section mesh backrest 20.3" (51.5 cm) wide with a flexible lumbar panel that moves with the backrest (SIHOO calls it ultra-wide dynamic lumbar support; no manual adjustment is listed), a W-shaped foam seat cushion, a headrest that moves up and down and tilts, and armrests that adjust up and down only. It comes in Black. Official figures (SIHOO US store): overall size 28" wide x 27" deep x 44"–52" high, seat depth 17.1", recline up to 125° with one locking position, and a product weight of 37.15 lb. SIHOO's UK dimension drawing gives a seat width of 51 cm and a backrest height of 56.5 cm. The US page states the load rating two ways: 330 lbs in the spec list and 300 lbs in the feature list and FAQ; we show 300 lbs. SIHOO does not publish a seat height range or a recommended user height for the M56C. Warranty: 3 years (SIHOO US store). Price: the SIHOO US store lists $184.99 and shows no separate sale price. On 2026-10-13 the page showed a Pre-order button, so check availability before ordering. What to check before ordering: the armrests move only up and down, the recline has one lock position, and SIHOO publishes no seat height range, so compare the overall height range with your desk.
Best for: People who want a low-priced SIHOO mesh-back chair with a headrest and a cushioned seat, and who do not need adjustable-depth armrests
Pros
- Seat depth 17.1" and overall size 28" x 27" x 44"–52" published by SIHOO
- Headrest that moves up and down and tilts
- 3-year warranty
Good to know
- SIHOO does not publish a seat height range
- Armrests adjust up and down only
- The US page lists both 300 lbs and 330 lbs as the load rating

Branch Daily Chair
Price: $259 – $319
Score 69/100 — Spec record A: 20 · features (lumbar support, armrests, recline/tilt): 24 · capacity 225 lb: 5 · warranty 5 yr: 20
The Daily Chair is Branch's entry-level task chair, sitting below the Ergonomic Chair and the Verve in the brand's lineup. Its spec sheet lists a 25.2 in wide and deep footprint, a 35–38 in overall height, a 17–21 in seat height, a 19 in seat depth, 26–29 in armrest height, a 20° tilt range, a 225 lb maximum capacity and a 30 lb assembled weight. The backrest is a contoured nylon mesh weave or vegan leather; the seat is a high-density foam cushion on an impact-resistant polymer frame with a plated-steel base and nylon casters. Adjustments are limited to seat height, armrest height and tilt with tilt tension; the armrests are removable and the lumbar support is described by Branch as light. Branch says the chair is made with 70% recycled materials and that 96% of its parts are recyclable, and recommends it for people 5'0" to 6'0" tall. It comes in four mesh colours ($259) and four vegan-leather colours ($319) on the Branch US store, with a 5-year warranty. For more adjustment — a seat slide, 3D arms or adjustable lumbar — Branch points to its Ergonomic Chair instead. Daily Chair against the Branch Ergonomic Chair: the two share the same 17–21 in seat-height range, but that is where the overlap ends. The Ergonomic Chair ($369–$389 on the Branch store) has an 18–22 in adjustable seat depth where the Daily's is fixed at 19 in, three-way adjustable armrests (depth, height and width) where the Daily adjusts height only, a height-adjustable and removable lumbar rest where the Daily has light built-in support, a 275 lb capacity against 225 lb, and a 7-year warranty against 5 years. Both use a 20° tilt range. In practice the $110–$130 difference buys the adjustments that let a chair fit more than one person; the Daily is the better buy when one person of average height sits for a few hours a day and the chair has to look like furniture rather than office equipment. The vegan leather back at $319 narrows the price gap to the Ergonomic Chair considerably, so compare the two before paying extra for the leather look. What to check before ordering: your height against Branch's 5'0"–6'0" recommendation and the fixed 19 in seat depth (taller sitters may find the seat short), whether you want the armrests at all (they are removable), and the 24 x 13 x 24 in, 32 lb carton if you will carry it upstairs. Branch's return window is 30 days in original packaging.
Good to check first: Branch rates the Daily Chair to 225 lb.
Best for: Light desk use in a shared living space where looks and a low price matter more than adjustments
Pros
- 5-year warranty
- Compact 25.2 in footprint and 30 lb weight
- Mesh or vegan leather back in residential colours
Good to know
- No seat-depth, arm-width or lumbar adjustment
- 225 lb capacity and a 5'0"–6'0" height recommendation
- Fixed 19 in seat depth
