Itoki ACT2 review
A reviewer who tried it in a showroom, and who lives with lower back pain, said that when they turned or twisted the upper body, the backrest followed the shoulders and torso, so they felt less strain in the shoulders and back. They liked the wide armrest adjustment range and said the Respitec seat kept them from getting as sweaty. On the other side, the backrest's upright position leans back more than on other chairs, which may feel uncomfortable, and the armrests move too freely and do not lock in place, which may be a drawback. In their view it suits people who want firm support for the lower back and pelvis with some give when they stretch the upper body or shoulders, and people who care about fine armrest and headrest adjustment.
