Free, no-reservation chair trials in the 1F shop area. Furniture specialists are normally available 10:00-19:00, except announced absences. This is separate from the corporate showroom on 2F. Purchases are completed online. The trial area is closed September 24-25, 2026.

Walk from Shinagawa Station Konan Exit. Enter the right-hand 1F entrance; the chair area is at the back on the right.
